I · Thesis

Most automation was built for the wrong companies.

The 30-person manufacturer in Mississippi gets the leftovers. The third-generation rubber-and-gasket shop running on Excel and email gets nothing. So we built our own.

Theorem I
The market is upside-down.

Enterprise software is sold to people who don't use it. Small-business software is sold to people who can't afford to customize it. The middle is empty.

Theorem II
Real work is small and local.

Order entry. PO matching. Customer mapping. Ten-minute tasks that happen fifty times a week. Nothing flashy. Everything dependent.

Theorem III
Quiet over loud.

The best automation is invisible. It does the work. It doesn't take credit. It hands you back hours you didn't realize you'd lost.

ASTRO
Order Entry, Automated

Astro reads the email. Astro reads the PDF. Astro knows the customer. Astro knows the parts. Astro knows the ship method. Astro drafts the Sales Order in your ERP — and waits for you to publish.

The 10-minute task that happens fifty times a week, automated. Built first for Laurel Rubber & Gasket — a 60-year-old industrial supplier in Mississippi running on 10X ERP. Ingests purchase orders forwarded from any team email, parses them through OCR, matches against a customer mapping sheet, generates an audit-ready fill script (or, with API access, posts the order directly).

Four customer PO formats parsed. Five hundred-plus line items mapped. Zero false sales orders since launch.

01Watch inbox.
02Pull PDF / OCR.
03Match customer + parts.
04Resolve ship method.
05Validate against mapping sheet.
06Generate fill script (or API call).
07Surface to dashboard.
Human reviews. Human publishes. Astro learns.
III · Principles

Three things we believe.

I

Quiet over loud.

Tacere — to keep silent.

The best automation is invisible. It runs in the background, never takes credit, never wastes the operator's attention. We build for the work, not the demo.

II

The customer is right about the work.

Scire — to know.

We don't replace your process. We learn it, accept it, and automate around it. If your back office runs on Excel and email, we meet you there — and over time we make those tools obsolete on your terms.

III

Real software for real work.

Facere — to do.

No vibes, no demoware, no AI for AI's sake. Every line we ship has a job. Every feature has a customer. Every release runs in production before it lands on the website.
